hi guy just come back from hol lost all channs have starview5 in vm /ply area tried factory reset and turned on emu still nowt can anyone help or are we stuffed with nag 3

starview 5 box missing channels harrow

Ii noticed from this morning that my box was missing all of the sky content, i did a rescan which brought little joy at first, however in the system setup i changed the key code option to on and this recovered the sports channels, however movies and some others such as the discovery channels are still absent, is this nag 3 or not as i have sports channels now I'm kind of confused
