Lost channel info on the box super

Hi, my box super has stopped displaying the channel info, as in whats on now next etc. The EPG is blank. Have I done something stupid or can it be fixed? Its driving me bonkers!!

try disconnecting the power for a couple of minutes and hopefully when you reconnect and it reboots all will come back

I have the box super and only have RTE 1 all other channels gone.Any1 got any new codes.I am going mad without it.

nagra3=no fix
