i tried do do a rescan, put my usb in to the box (starview 2 the box), it kept asking me to re insert the usb stick, which i did twice? then put usb stick into my laptop to view files on it, all my data was there, ie my set up for the box ect, so does anyone know why the box would keep asking me to reinsert usb? baffled,

why do you need your usb for a rescan??? software will still be on....
