    The Box USB II

    I have been using The Box USB II for about a year and have had no problems with virgin but just this last week I have lost all but my free channels. In this same time I have rejoined virgin for my broadband and phone. Have they scrambled my codes? Do I need new firmware to re-instal my channels? I have gone back to factory presets and re-scanned using my usb stick but nothing seems to work. Please help.

      What's nag3? I am in Redditch, 14 miles south of Birmingham. I have tried with the keycode on and off.

          Thanks Boomer. I think Redditch has switched over to nag3 as I have some friends on virgin who have been issued new cards. Lets hope for a solution soon.

                sv5 with 8882 is caused by not following instructions and plugging in or removal of usb while box is powered on.
                return to supplier only fix.

                  Is there any solution to fix sv5 with 8882 aside from returning to your supplier? Don't think my supplier/dealer is helpful at all. I had it mid last year, since then we didn't get it to work. Give up as so difficult to get any help from the dealer.
