starview 2 box HD channels scrambled any help please?

hi running starview 2 box with 8.02 firmware working fine have rescanned lately and found that there are a lot more channels in HD available but when i click on them they say "scrambled or bad channel" tried resestting to factory settings but still the same i get two seconds of audio when i click on them but no video. any ideas please help me out thanks

Hi you need an hd box to view hd channels
starview 2 is an standard def box ie no hdmi/dvi port on back
