NewB needs help

Hi all, new here and not much understanding of the jargon used but I will try.

Well the problem is that our box (Starview 3) keeps booting itself on and off, silly amount of times a night. Also we seem to have lost a few channels, two definite ones we have lost are Sky Premiere and QVC.

Anyone able to shed some light? Request anything you need me to do and I will try to do so.

Press menu and system info and post what it says please. Regards your channels a factory reset and rescan will sort that. But wait as you may have to reflash either way.
