i have the latest cf on my combo+ when scanning on my area frequency on cable search my box only pics up 3 channels i took this to a mates who lives 2 streets away did the scan and it picked up everychannel. i have a starview 5 USb 2 wich works perfectly. whats the problem with my combo +?

i followed the tut and did the full factory reset tried scanning on different frequencys and still only 3 or 4 channels yet my other boxes work perfect so i know nag 3 not kicked in yetComment

if it scanned at mates house and picked up everything, you have a problem with your coax etc, but if all scanned in at mates, just plug in at yours and it will work.
i had problem scanning these upstairs at mine, but when i tried downstairs at main feed worked fine, just think the combo tuners are not the best.
so check coax, remove splitters as well before scanningComment
