Starview help

I have just purchased the starview usb model and wonder if anyone can help, I have gone thru the set up as instructed, have cabled up properly ( I think) yet all I can get is the sound but no picture, what am I doing wrong?

try checking scart connections is tv-tv,and i presume u have flashed/updated firmware in the box.

Yeah have done that but still no joy, thnx anyway

if u have scart connected correctly u should have a picture,even a menu.
