starview 6 set up

Hi all
Just purchased new starview 6 and have downladed the firmware and think i've installed it correctly. I've searched and found all of the channels but cant get sky sports or anything. Anybody got any ideas? Ive followed the download ' starview 6 read me first' but cant got anything

lan cable connected after the box rebooted and did you select
ustream?,router and box may need to reboot,re read the tut again as you may have missed something.

My router is only the crap 1 virgin give u
With only 1 Ethernet port, so I didn't connect through the Internet. Is that what u need 2 do?? I bought a splitter but it don't seem to work. Can I not just connect it without the Ethernet cable??

the box has a lan port for a reason bud and if not connected, well you know what happens
