starview 3 the box super

Hi Please can someone help ? I have a starview 3 the box super but all the channels have been lost I have updated with GTRom super 8.4 but this has not solved my problem, is there anything I can do to get the channels back ?

ffs, mate have a read...........................it is NOT hard work... your box is ~~~~ed in your area.. but we dont know where your area is but assume its in a nag3 area????
