Starview 4 USB Firmware

I'm new to all this and have just received a new box...do I copy the V1.02 on to the USB? I take it that there is some method of uploading these files to the Box? What happens to the version already on the box - it says 1.03?

The version you have (1.03) is FTA only. You need to download 1.02 at the top ef the page. Contained in the download is a readme which will tell you what to do with the files contained in the download.

its a doddle mate. just got 1 today and had it running in 5 minutes.
download 1.02 , copy the bin file to a usb stick , press menu , usb and select the bin file.

Full simple instructions included in the download, just read the 2 text file in the download.

There is a new version 1.05 out. Haven't tried it out as yet though
