starview 1 channels missing

hi all
i am a newbie to SV, i have updated a friends starview1 with the clone safe fix, uploaded channel list swiched to slysprts1 for a few mins, but some channels missing like sultanasprts2, zee tv+cinema etc any help will be appreciated

channel dump is old? with channel frequency changing,can u not factory reset,0000 to delete ,power off at back/on and autoscan ur provider.make sure ur coaxial is a direct feed ,no splitters,and finally emu to on,
menu1570-key emu to on and exit out.
