hi - got a starview hd combo - i see sky sports news HD has been launched but cant pick it up on my sv hd combo box...i pay for CS...went into installation > sattelite search > tp frequency (entered 12266H) > search option (one transponder) and then auto search.......doesnt find any channels...signal and quality level is 0%......yet all other channels are fine......whats wrong?

im using the sky side of this box..via cs, im still not getting sky sports news HD and now have noticed that National Geographic HD channel is not there any more...??Comment

Hello pongo...i am now sorted...i changed the tp freg to 12187h...did a scan and found the channel (freguency is 12265 h)
if u still cant find it mess around abit with the tp freg ..i found a few more channels in hd that i did nt know about.
you might spend abit of time re-scaning but you ll ge there.
