starview 6 emulator

just been messing round with my starview 6 came across my emulator pressed ok then key edit came up pressed that and system 1 and nagra came up then my providers came up 0 to 10 my provider is on 0 but just seen 4 and 5 is ntl digitalcable can any one tell me what is the best provider to use and if i did use another provider do i reinstall channels many thanks

you would need to factory reset first,scanning wrong provider will give you no channels found,then you cant get out of menu till you find channels.
if you have got channels dont mess with it,be happy
