seems to be an issue, weekends server gets overloaded

what firmware on box and do you have only bb or have min package and or splitters

i agree and starview suppliers know what the promblem off channels freezing and server overload,they have sold loads off boxes so why don't they do something about it,hope theres a fix soon for it

tbh cant see them doing much about it, selling at ?89 you cant expect a good service, you pay for what you get. so at that price, expect a crap service.
