starview 1 clone

hi guys looking for help on starview 1
problem is after factory reset and new flash (clone safe 1.4)
the box keeps rebooting and front panel displays 0 i have had this before will a jtag help

You need to change the C11 capacitor on the PSU board with a 16V 1000uf cap. They can be purchased at Maplins for 50p.
