Thank you satsmo - just downloaded it but it comes down as - track 1 788kb bin file have i done it right i downloaded it again and it came down as session 1 788kb bin file i had to open it with iso buster - i am confused i should receive my replacement SV4 in a couple of days and i dare not install it incase i have done something wrong

I just load your new software for starview 4 .But the problem is still there I mean the bad picture quality.Is it a faulty box or is it still down to software.Thanks

I check every file I upload, by downloading it from here to make sure they have upped OK. The file is a bin type which you put onto your USB memory stick along with the logo file, (you will find the logo and recording programs on the 1.02 download).

Could be down to cabling issue also. Are you scanning from the direct feed or via a splitter?

It now has Chorus support for scanning. And it also has a timer now for recording from EPG. Messed up my categories a bit now have all movie channels in music? Small thing and not much to worry about.

anyone seen a change log for v1.05 knocking about that you can point me to?

i'm fine with all channels etc...just wondering if new software might start to fine tune those little details that will make the user interface a joy to use. You know, features like adding reminder functionality within EPG...

Thank you satsmo for your reply - i know that you would not send any thing down that was not right - i was just making shure that i had downloaded the right file and that i had not messed it up

Just installed it seems to be working great.
One new thing I noticed was the channel scan. before when I scanned it says on 17% for a while, at first i kept rebooting as I thought it had froze but with this firmware the status bar keeps moving so will stop people thinking it had crashed.
