Help with the box super codes

Hi all. My stareview 3 box is playin up,it was fine up untill 2 days ago then all my sky channels/and all movie channels/sky sports and alot of the dollar sign channels have gone,i can still get some poundsign channels such as dave+1 but not dave/crime and investigation/nat geoand all the ususal bbc/itv etc. I have tried all kinds of codes found on the internet to key in data and tried the factory restore 0000 dlete and start again(that used to do the trick but does'nt now) then i go to 511 and wait,with no luck.sometimes 511 will crackle like it's trying to update and then nothing again. i have gone back in and made sure key emu is on and still nothing. I have only had this problem once before a long time ago but it looks like the codes i had are out of date.Please help,its driving me mad. I am in Liverpool and my provider it telewest. The system information for my box is: THE BOX SUPER. API ver : 8.02e_E. Boot ver : 08 30. Nov. 2008
