Ive just set up my Starview HD correctyl using the latest carling firmware and randomly the picture will just freeze and scrambled and come back a few minutes later. Also all HD channels are scrambled for some reason. I need help

are you connecting to starview server? if yes, this is the problem. you need to sort your own server to get what you want.
