starview lost all pay for channels

hi all lost all pay for channels bin down 1 hour anyone have any idea's.will it be a server issue ?in cleethorpes if that helps it's a starview 6 using carling 1.01

Im having same problem as my channels all just say 'scramble'. I have only just received this today, do I need to download something and install it through the USB port? Sorry im new to this and havent had time to 'scramble' thorough the posts so If someone can post a link if they know what to help me, please do! Thanks!
