For a while ive been having freezing when trying to view scrambled channels with the free server access. I was using a cat 5 cable and i changed to a cat 6 and no freezing. Might only be me but Ive been watching for an hour and no freezes. Hope i helped

Freezing on free channels or scrambled channels means you either have less power or more power going into your box I always use forward path attenuator connector of deferent power for best result.
