no picture

Just set up my star view usb box all channels work but when I go to the pay channels I lose the picture but not the sound on all the channels but when I switch off the power and switch on again the picture returns on all channels till I go to the pay channels again can someone help

Is it 1.05 you have flashed it with? If so flash with 1.02 and logo, scan and then flash with 1.05.
