Starview HD Combo Guide not populating satelite

My EPG is not working on the satellite side it doesnt populate. Im using the latest carling firmware.

have you tried clicking on a channel in tv all then press epg then press the audio button for epg search and wait till 100% and that should be it.

When i click the audio button nothing happens

Only works on cable side not sat
