help my starview is down

hi im from belfast and all my starviews the box and the box super i can only get freeview channels on the rest it say updated data and keeps going way past 100 can anyone help me......thanks

The Box Super today went freeview only and on channel 510 a Security Fraud Message.

will this mean no more channels?
