can u try & explain how to do it do i just load the grooverider
then reload the carling or do i have to do a scan befroe reloading carling...........

load grooverider first then load carling and then do a scan.

you need to flash the box with grooverider hd combo+1214.uad first then flash again with the latest software carling+ 0712.uad.After this is done do a full scan then go to accessory and press 8989,key edit will come above network.go into network then turn it on then go down to cs net and turn it to ustream then exit.go to sky sports1 for 5 minutes to let it update everything and thats it job done.

Hi just got my hd combo+ ive done what you said on ip setup is it ok to set the network settings to auto do i need to do anything else as it shows not connected thanks.

leave it at auto,then From the main menu go to Accessory and select Network.
Set Type to On, go down to CS Net and press ok.
Set Type to Ustream, go down to register and press ok.
After a few seconds Connection status should say connected.

just come across this thread, so is it true that even purchasing a HD box, one cannot view any HD channels... (sports/movies)

True mate, theres about 10 hd channels, but no sports/movies not even sky1 hd/itv hd/ ch4hd. starview server needs to sort it not even any racing uk on it. Wait for the kryptview hd box to come out or use the staview combo on c/s satellite.

Actually you can get ESPN in HD and Eurosport in HD

yeah it is, i get there not being premium channels but why not the basic ones. Espically sky1 hd it's really needed.

Roger is right about the sat side of things with C.S, amazing picture & quality. & all for half the price of a ps3. Do your testing tho first !

Looking at that side myself. Could you point me in the right direction how to set up c/s with the starview HD combo sat side please, or just the sat side i still have the old sky dish set up.
