    starview 6 forgotten password

    My friend has got starview 6 and he has forgotten the password to go into the option I have tried to delete all the channels and I reloaded new carling software but no success any one with master password or any other idea I should do to solve the password I will appreciate any help thanks.

    Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

        None of the passwords working I have flashed the box several times today and I have done factory default delete channels but of no use I am now struggling could any help me please thanks for your time.

              can you give an explanation of what you are actually trying to do

              are you sure the remote is working
              and have you flashed the box correctly with the correct firmware

                Boxed flashed with GroveRider-SV6-1.01 and all channels sky sports, etc, all working fine my friend just forgot the Install lock password and the box will just not me go inside any other help will appreciate your time.

                  still not sure what you are trying to do (never heard of install lock password)
                  are you saying you want to go into the menu system but its asking for a password, or has a parental lock been set
                  please give a detailed explanation of what you are trying to do and what is happenning

                  you could also try 0000

                        I am asking the same questions because you are not saying what you are trying to do. (that is if you know what you are trying to do)
