Help required for Starview 1

Hi to all,
I am relatively new to all this and hoping someone can help. As you can guess, box is down. I have scanned through forums and downloaded 'Keymaster' unfortunately, when trying to open on my PC it comes up with application error. Can anyone help me on how to ket key codes for n*l/vm in north east.

done same with me when i downloaded keymaster and im on same boat in scotland with telewest
