    starview 7 help

    Hi folks, i have set my starview 7 up with no problems whatsoever but have given it to my dad. When i have took it to his house it will not connect to the internet and just comes up not connected all the time.

    I have tried reflashing but still no joy.

    Any ideas guys. I would greatly appreciate it

      check ip address/try applyin ip again /or chec ustream set /if still not work reset modem /does it pick up fta only/do a factory reset un try the above maTE/IF STILL NO JOY TRY IT BACK AT YOUR HOUSE BEST OF LUCK

          hi and thank you. ive tried a modem reset. looked at the ip and seems fine. ive also tried reflashing. pretty stumped. i do get all the free view and will try it back at my house to make sure but was working 100% ten minutes before i moved it to his house. haha
