i flashed this about 2 days ago and last night i was watching it as normal but this morning when i have tried to watch any channel nothing works just bbc 1 bbc 2 itv channel 4 and five, help? thanks

try a router reboot and reboot box at the same time

possibly if the previous advice fails^^^... try a re-scan and switch off the server connection from the menu on the box and switch it on again.

if all else fails, reset to factory default or/and reflash
