clone box

hi everyone
the last three starview4 super usb boxes i purchased
all display warning!!! this box is a clone box! after a few hours of use.
was v1.12 firmware able to tell you correctly if this was a clone box??
i rang the shop and they told me use older firmware to correct this, which i found rather strange.
i would like to know if they sold me clones as they knew nag3 was coming, i had bought tons of these boxes previously from them with no bother.
would just like to know if this was the case?

who did you buy from, most people know the people who sold clones, as they have done it for years

i wanted to know if the firmware had this feature built in before i named the shop as i have bought loads from them previous with no problems
