Starview USB II - need firmware and program ?

can anyone help me please - i need to download the program needed to update my starview USB II box - it is currently running on all the original software that was installed when i bought it last year.

the firmware and program links would be great if can be provided?

i take it i can just connect my box to laptop via USB cable to update.

Have a look in the downloads section at the top of the page (red sticky)
But frist of all What area do you live in as its probably been hit by nagra 3,No firmware update will fix this.There's no fix for nagra 3.
