Keymaster wont run

Hi all
Have downloaded the rar from http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-keymaster.rar & extracted it but when I try to run it I get the following app error " The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) click ok to terminate the application " ?

Sorted now needed Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0
