Hi there , im new to DK. I have just received a sv7, loaded the firmware, run the set up, but cannot get any channels only fta with no sound. I have done factory default reset and done set up twice but no good. The only thing i have noticed is in system info it is saying s/w is sv carling 1.01 which i think is sv6 but i downloaded it as sv carling 1.02. Any ideas please, cheers

did you follow these instructions starview 7 Firmware & Instructions. you havent mentioned anything about a scan or symbol rate, did you just apply fw then skip through channels? you need to explain what youve done a bit better so ppl can help you out?
