I have just got starview 7 i have got all the freeview chanels but the rest just scramble can anyone help me if so in easy terms as i am no tech no. Thanks

you need the carling 1.01.ups firmware available in downloads/starview. the file is there.
there are step by step guides on the net you just have to search for them

Download Carling 1.03 firmware to your desktop. Then copy 1.03
to USB-stick. You don't open file, just copy it.

you need to stay connected to internet for box 2 unscramble channels
