You could try reboot router & box, fac-reset & auto scan

hi Im a complete newbie to all this got SV7 box and usb stick but cant seem to download carling 1.03 also wot other cables do I need and does anyone have any clear simple instructions I can follow to set up please. All haelp and response greatly appreciated.
