Hey was wondering if any one knows whats happening with my server, went down yesterday but when i try to connect it, it keeps coming up "login is failed-error code(0)"

i had that problem. you need to phone the place you bought it from, tell them whats happend and give them the serial number off the back of the box.
they phone starview and get it sorted, box will connect after a couple to 4 days.
