hd combo channels

hi i have just got my self a hd combo. All up and running but just one problem, all the channels are mixed up. i have latest carling sw on. is there any easy way of setting up channels so that they are in the same order as virgin channels. I have a starview 7 and all channels are ok on this box. Any ideas thanks

hi mate try pressing the sat but on the remote and then click on cable should put them in some order for you
