Starview HD Combo Lan

I have just bought myself a starview hd combo lan. It is connected to a disec switch that feed in from two LNBs
a) Hotbird @ 13 degrees and b) Astra @ 19 degrees. I have done an autoscan and seem to be missing a lot of FTA channels. I have printed the info from LYNgsat and have tried set the frequency, Fec etc. but the receiver does not seem to locate the channels. I am missing channels like VOX, DSF sports etc that I use to receive with my previous Manhattan that has now died. What am I doing wrong. Why am I not able to receive all the channels. I have noted that the indicator showing (S) is at normally 70% but the indicator showing (Q ) seems to be 0 % where I cant receive any channels shown on LYNgsat
