    starview firmware

    Hi

I am new on here and I need some help, I went to one of the threads with the firmware download for starview 7 but when I try to download it goes into a folder on my computer but it's either not opening properly or it actually hasn't got nothing in the folder. Can anyone help please?

I have downloaded the firmware and instructions, the instructions I get but the firmware wont open. I have chosen winrar to open it with and tried extract it with this but it is saying this file is either in unknown format or damaged file. I am no good with computers so excuse my ignorance in this. If anyone would be kind enough to help?
