hi been reading through posts for a while trying in get my starview box up and running again same as everyone else is the problem solved and can anyone run me through the process i am not v tech minded

Have a look at the thread below, it will tell you how to get the keys and how to input them manually.
wiserommer has added a nice wee video aswell at the end to show how to do it.

thanks that looks quite well explained now how do i find the new codes to put in and do i have to input a code for every chanel

you only need to enter 2 lines of code, you'll get these from the keymaster prog avaliable on this site

I have tried to input the new codes manually but they return to the old settings what ever I do.
I have downloaded keymaster.rar but my laptop does not reconize the program.
Can someone help pls?

I am having the same problem.I know how to update the codes but simply can't find the codes.Have downloaded the keymaster program but nothing I do opens it,it would be really helpful if someone could place an idiote guide on how to get the keycodes from the program.
And I'm the idiot .

Ok, I now have the keymaster, but it does not give me the code for nthell england.
This is so confusing, I have a headache and think I'm going to cry!

you need the pure codes that is ntl
