What am i doing wrong

Hi i have a starview box on vm provider and am having the same problem as everyone else. I want to input the codes manually but am having difficulty finding out what they are.

I have downloaded the rar keymaster file and have tried to open it with an internet connection but without joy. I do not have my fire wall on what do i do? Can anybody pm me the codes?

Just managed to open the keymaster thanks to Jaffa. I will give the cost a go now.
