It could be either of 2 problems or both.

Do you have winrar, did you extract the keymaster o.k (if no then you need to download winrar)

If you have it extracted and it wont open, then you need to download and install Net framework.

sorry to be a complete idiot but what's Net framework. I am trying to get my disabled friends starveiw 2 working for them. And where do i get Net framework.
