The Box Super Channels are lost/updating

I have The Box Super and a basic VM TV package which was working fine but now only the basic free channels are on and all other channels are lost just shows updating which either goes much beyond 100% or sometimes much less and the channels dont show up. I followed a few ideas after reading some threads here like going to menu pressing 1570 then making EMU on and also scanning at EX CW but nothing seems to be working. I am in the Manchester area, can anyone please help with this problem. Wanted to watch the Derby tomorrow but i cant now.

you need to manually update the keys
look around you cant miss the info

Thanks alot Jaffa and markh29...all sorted fellas. All channels up and running. I manually changed keys on C&W and got all channels. Can you please tell me does TW also have all same channels or are there any extras on it, Cheers.
PS: There a lot of threads about firmware 7.09, please inform what is it for.

i've got the same problem as most of the newbies here. i have got the dbox FTP key updater & i cant use it as i dont have a user name or password to input. any help appreciated

I've made clear instructions for the newbies who don't know nothing about entering the keys manually. Click on the link in my signiture and download the instructions and KEYMASTER if you don't have it.

thanx for that fix. after toying i found that i had to reset to factory settings/set language/scan in my area/exit to menu/enter code/turn emu on/enter keys from keymaster in my area code. works fine for me but others may find they have to do things in a different order. im new to this but the forums a great help. thanx to all who have posted.

Hi guys, im new at this, i have a starview 2 box and im using telewest, i just recently lost all my channels, any ideas of where i can get keys for the box?
