Running Keymaster

Guys i'm having problems running the KeyMaster.exe. Comes up with following error;

KeyMaster.exe - Application error
The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Any help would be much appreciated

you need the framework .net 2

or something like that... it's around on a forum post here i saw it earlier.
