only 1 line of key numbers ...?

keymaster has 2 x rows of numbers but my starview 3 is only showing 1 x row any clues please ? ty, Pete

the one line that is showing should be 00. enter the first line of code from keymaster the go to where the line is showing 00 and press the right arrow key and the 00 should change to 01 and show you the second line. once you have entered the second line press the ok button to save the changes then exit out to get your programs. works on pvr
