fresh new problem

hi the other day i had the problem where it was saying it was updating and i had to enter the keys in manually... that worked.... now nothing is happening on them channels... its just a black......no update message....
ive tried the latest key update too!
please help

Hi, I'm a total novice at all things technical and have been trying to sort my box out for two days. Finally as of 10 minutes ago I am up and running again.
firstly thanks to the forum, it has been a great help, keep up the good work. K, here goes, download the keygen from one of the forums on this site and change the key codes. Yes I tried it for two days but did not work but you have to do it exact. Not sure if this is allowed but here is a link to show you how to do it step by step Starview Manual Key Input Guide It worked for me, hopefully it will work for you. Good Luck.
