starview 6 install guide?

Hi ppl im new as u can tell just wondered if there is a simple guide 2 help me update my starview 6 from carling 1.00 to 1.03 i have the update but would rather i use someone with the knowledge and not just go in all guns blazing and ooops its dead if u get me . many thanks ppl !!
