New Firmware Starview 3 - 8.04e

Hi Lads

Just wondering if this software will work as previous releases or If an uploader will be needed with the null modem cable.

Quick question also, do I need a different version of this software or do something with the starview 3 when using it in different areas of Ireland?

had similar problem moths ago. does your remote turn off/on, mine didnt. switched box off/on at mains and all back to normal. hope this helps...ynwa

All channels now locked today 8.02e_E build?? removed all and rescanned. Only Free to Air channels available. 8.04 fix? Starview 3 box. Thanks.

Please give me permission to download the updated firmwire. I have update up to june 2008 and not able to see the channels for virgin in UK since 3 months.

i have version 8.02e on starveiw 3 , why do i need to update the firmware to 8.04e when all is working ok ????????

if its still ok, leave alone. believe 8.04e helps with audio description problems on certain channels,but not really certain. again if its not broken etc.....ynwa

Started having problems with 8.02 the other day so flashed to 8.04 all ok except ... NO Sly Spts1 (aaarrrggghhh) or I*V2

When I try Sly S1 it freezes and needs a reboot

Any suggestions you good folk ?
