Starview 7-Are they worth getting?

Can somebody tell me if a straview 7 box is worth getting can somebody let me know what the advantages and disadantages are of the box? and also Do you get all channels like sky sports1, sky 1 etc.

i have just had a word with a lad who is getting1 today,and i have told him they need 2b connected 2 the internet,hes paying ?170 for it and he keeps saying that it doesnt need 2 be connected 2 the internet,from what ive read on here you need broadband 2 run1,can any1 confirm this for me plz!!

The SV7 has an adaptor which plugs into the RS232 socket to enable it to connect to your LAN network.

dont pay ?170 for one, buy off importer wizzard sat, less than ?100 each.

you dont need it, because sv6 has lan connection.

just purchased 1 for a trial run, dont think it will be as good as the old sv3 i had 2 the death!!!
