Why does re-setting box not address key changes?

    Hi,

When I first got the starview box i download and install the firmware, turn on EMU and hey presto - all the channels.

Since this key rolling lark started as of recent, why does restoring the box to factory settings and starting from scratch not allow you to get the channels?

    I hope that made sense.

    Cheers

Its because the providers (N*T/VM) have counter acted against us. So they replace the keys that were generated for us (via turning on the emu key) and they replaced them with dummy keys. Something along them lines anyway

If you haven't found a way to get it work then just follow the link in my signiture and download keymaster and the instructions.

I don't see the point in VM trying to stop us from leeching their channels because in the end we always win. The dudes that are behind the keys always have a way around and keep us cheap ****s able to droole on our channels. Just consider yourself lucky and fortunate.
